Lincoln College invites applications for an 8-hour Stipendiary Lecturership in English Language and Literature for the academic year 2020 - 21, to cover short-term teaching needs in the subject. The post is available from 1 October 2020 until 30 September 2021 and is not renewable. The successful candidate will be expected to teach an average of 8 contact hours per week, averaged over the three 8-week terms of the academic year.
The salary offered is in the range £27,511 - £30,942 p.a., according to experience.
The successful candidate will have, or will be in the final stages of completing, a doctorate in the field of 18th-century, Romantic, Victorian, or Modern English Literature. Experience of teaching English literature at undergraduate level is essential.
