Brasenose College wishes to appoint a 4-hour Stipendiary Lecturer from 1 October 2020. The person appointed will coordinate with Professor Giles Wiggs to teach 1st, 2nd and 3rd year students in Preliminary papers (Earth Systems Processes, Geographical Controversies, Geographical Techniques) and FHS papers (Earth System Dynamics, Environmental Geography, Geographical Thought). The Lecturer may also be required to participate in student admissions and to assist generally in the running of Geography in collaboration with the subject tutors.
The salary scale will be within the range £9,170 - £10,314 p.a. according to qualifications and experience. Note that this is not a full-time role and the salary reflects this.
