The University’s Lifelong Learning department is wonderful place to start. One of the largest providers of continuing education in the UK, it offers adult learners of all ages and interests the chance to invest in their own intellectual development.

Learning here isn’t limited to formal education, and everyone is encouraged making lifelong learning a part of their everyday life.

People and Organisational Development enables staff to grow and develop in their careers, supports and develops leaders to ensure greater inclusion, equity and collaboration and shares good practice related to learning and organisational development. 

You may develop your professional and personal skills whilst at Oxford by taking advantage of a wide range of courses, workshops and seminars. University employees in professional administration, support and technical roles can gain experience and qualifications through the Apprenticeship scheme. Researchers are encouraged to use the Researcher Development Framework to identify areas for growth and consider accessing the entrepreneurial support and mentoring provided by Oxford University Innovation.
