Internal Job Board for University vacancies

The University’s Internal Job Board allows Oxford University employees to easily and securely view and apply for all advertised job vacancies

For existing staff it is important to access the Internal Job Board (rather than searching via jobs.ox.ac.uk). The Internal Job Board includes all posts that are open to internal applicants only.

To see a full list of vacancies:  

  1. Log onto HR Self Service (VPN needed)
  2. Select ‘vacancies’ in the Employee Dashboard menu 
  3. Select ‘Advanced’ to open a job search
