The University of Oxford Apprenticeships Department are delighted to be working in partnership with Youth Employment UK who are an independent, not for profit social enterprise and the largest platform of free skills and careers resources in the UK supporting 14-24 year olds.

We are happy to share our vast range of Apprenticeships courses through their platform which allows young people to access the different opportunities that the University has to offer, helping to tackle youth unemployment in the local community and providing a brighter perspective to their futures.

Our aim is to provide different working environments to allow people to develop their skills, knowledge and behaviours that departments need, providing career support and opportunities for further career prospects.

We are recognised as a youth-friendly organisation and were proud to be the winner of the Oxfordshire Apprenticeship Awards 2021. Our Apprenticeships provide opportunities to gain new skills, build extensive knowledge within a wide range of subjects with great career development prospects for the future.

There are over 600 Government approved apprenticeship available, from Accounting and Finance to Botanical conservation, we work with over 25 training providers to deliver the best experience.

Becoming an apprentice is a great way to gain workplace experience whilst learning, earning a salary and working towards a qualification at the same time. For more information then please look at the Youth Employment platform- https://www.youthemployment.org.uk/
